The Road to Calm Surrender (Mental Health)
My newest meditation was released today titled Meditation for Calm Surrender.
I started consistently meditating in 2019. I challenged myself to 90 days of meditation and haven’t stopped since.

When the pandemic hit in 2020 I started making meditations to help the World and keep myself sane. I was going through a breakup at the time and the whole World seemed to be crashing down on me.

I have battled mental health issues and addiction since I was a kid. It’s a constant practice to keep anxiety and depression manageable. I am constantly in and out of therapy. Some days I feel like I can’t even function but most people don’t even know because I hide it behind a funny mask (metaphorically)

Yoga, meditation, breathwork, exercise, nutrition, and being on a routine really helps me when I’m consistent with it. Helping others really helps me. I make these meditations for myself and to help the World.

I’ve recently been inspired to share more of my mental health journey with you because I see so many people struggling silently. If you are struggling ask someone for help. Seek therapy, talk to a friend, and just know you aren’t alone.
